Ebubekir GUNDOGDU (M.Arch), The Accessibility Unit of the Superstructure Projects Directorate, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality 

This presentation will focus on the accessibility studies and projects carried out in the service areas of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), and explain the vision and mission of the IMM on this topic. The Accessibility Unit of the Superstructure Projects Directorate of the IMM  provides support to other public institutions and organizations on accessibility, consultancy, reporting and project development when requested.

Ebubekir GUNDOGDU

Ebubekir Gündoğdu was born in 1985 and is an architect (M.Arch). Since 2015, he has been involved in the Accessibility Unit of the IMM Superstructure Projects Directorate and the team coordinating the provision of accessibility activities in all service areas of IMM. His areas of responsibility include architectural project reviews, site controls, accessibility studies in transportation services, accessibility training and reviewing academic studies.
